Industrial Engineer

The duties will include, but are not limited to: - Transition engineering designs and data into production, ensuring seamless integration and implementation. - Participate in the engineering release process, ensuring all industrial and process engineering functions are addressed. - Collaborate with the engineering team to review and approve sub-systems for each product line in terms of build feasibility. - Develop detailed production line process models detailing how and where subassemblies are installed on the production floor. - Investigate and resolve issues found on the production line, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Conduct time studies and production line optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to align engineering projects with business objectives. - Maintain thorough documentation of process models, methodologies, and findings. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency. Key Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years' experience, preferably in the automotive industry. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line dynamics and experience with time studies and production line optimisation are required. 3D Modelling Software experience would be advantageous.
