Systems Trainer

Where You'll Make an Impact: - Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency across various operational software - Design, develop, and continuously update engaging training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules - Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and refresher courses - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement - Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to identify and address system-related knowledge gaps - Support onboarding processes with targeted systems training for new employees - Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on completion rates and competency levels Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems training or related roles - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences - Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials - Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools, and operational software Nice to Have: - Knowledge of the automotive or wholesale industry - Familiarity with e-learning development tools What We'll Give You: - A competitive salary ranging from R35,000 to R40,000 per month (Cost to Company) - The opportunity to work within a growth-focused, innovative environment - Supportive team culture committed to professional development Take the next step in your career by applying your training expertise to shape operational success.
