Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year B-Degree in Financial Management at NQF level 7 (equivalent or higher); A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
Competencies
Knowledge of the following: Policy development; Financial norms and standards (Public Finance Management Act-PFMA); National Treasury regulations (NTRs) Provincial Treasury Directives/Instructions-PTIs);Financial Systems including Enterprise Content Management (ECM);Modified Cash Standards and Accounting Manual for Departments;and Report writing skills.Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal);Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
