A well-established dental practice in Somerset West, Western Cape, is seeking an HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Details:

• Permanent position

• Position available ASAP

• Location: Somerset West, Western Cape

Working Hours:

• ± 140 – 160 hours per month

• Flexible working hours

• Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis)

Remuneration:

• Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover

• Commission earned on ALL patients, whether accounts are paid or not

• No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ private practice experience

• HPCSA registration (must be up to date)

• Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place

Practice & Support:

• Dental Assistant will be provided

• Dentists manage their own billing

• Practice management system: GoodX
