CMDB Manager: ServiceNow & ITIL Governance Lead

Hire Resolve is seeking a CMDB Manager to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CMDB within ServiceNow for a multinational manufacturing holding company, with operations in Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban-based offices.

You will lead a team of asset technicians, ensure CMDB governance, and drive discovery, service mapping, audits and dashboards to improve IT service management alignment.
