Client & Portfolio Management: Conduct face-to-face/on-site meetings , handle renewals, applications, and quotes , and maximize client retention.
Relationship Building: Act as the bridge between the office and insurance companies , maintaining strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders.
Compliance & Admin: Ensure strict FAIS compliance , maintain the MyPractice system , and keep detailed records.
Experience: 710 years of relevant experience as an Insure Adviser.
Qualifications: Completed NQF Level 4/5 in Short Term Insurance.
Regulatory: Successfully completed RE5 (Representative) with valid DOFA confirmation from the FSCA.
Product Knowledge: Fit and proper product-specific training with a deep understanding of policy wordings.
Tech Skills: Fully computer literate in MS Office 365.
High resilience, integrity, empathy, and an excellent work ethic under pressure.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
