Senior Insure Adviser | Wolwespruit

POSITION INFO:

Looking for your next senior career move in Financial Services? We are recruiting for an established provider seeking a Senior Insure Adviserto manage an allocated client base and drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Portfolio Management: Conduct face-to-face/on-site meetings , handle renewals, applications, and quotes , and maximize client retention.

  • Relationship Building: Act as the bridge between the office and insurance companies , maintaining strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders.

  • Compliance & Admin: Ensure strict FAIS compliance , maintain the MyPractice system , and keep detailed records.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience as an Insure Adviser.

  • Qualifications: Completed NQF Level 4/5 in Short Term Insurance.

  • Regulatory: Successfully completed RE5 (Representative) with valid DOFA confirmation from the FSCA.

  • Product Knowledge: Fit and proper product-specific training with a deep understanding of policy wordings.

  • Tech Skills: Fully computer literate in MS Office 365.

Core Skills:

  • High resilience, integrity, empathy, and an excellent work ethic under pressure.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
