POSITION INFO:

A leading private hospital in Pinetown is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to oversee the management and operations of its theatre unit.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
• Post Basic Qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science
• Previous Theatre Management or Unit Management experience in a private hospital
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of theatre operations, quality assurance, and infection prevention

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the theatre unit
• Lead and develop the multidisciplinary theatre team
• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
• Manage staffing, resources, and budgets
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
