Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager Location: Durban Basic Salary: R23,000 per month Commission: Attractive commission structure Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel, medical aid and pension A reputable franchised dealership is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join its high-performing team. Candidates who are required to work under supervision will also be considered, provided they have previous Automotive F&I experience. Minimum Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager within a franchised dealership Candidates requiring supervision will be considered if they have relevant F&I experience Accredited F&I qualifications and RE5 will be advantageous Proven ability to consistently achieve finance, insurance and value-added product targets Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, compliance and dealership processes Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Professional, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail Key Responsibilities Structure and submit finance applications to financial institutions Sell finance, insurance and value-added products while achieving monthly targets Ensure full compliance with FICA, FAIS and dealership policies Maintain strong relationships with finance houses, insurers and customers Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle delivery process Prepare and maintain accurate finance documentation and records This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected franchised dealership offering a competitive remuneration package, excellent benefits and long-term career growth.
