Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Key Account Managers. Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. Identify new market opportunities within the transport, , mining, construction, , and fleet sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability across all branches. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Ensure excellent customer service and high customer retention. Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and to improve service delivery and stock availability. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures. Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.
