Job description

Technical Support Specialist – SAP S/4HANA

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to help unravel complex technical challenges.

  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Relevant SAP Certifications
  • Ability to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and deduce solutions quickly
  • Thorough understanding of SAP modules, integrations, and enterprise business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into plain English for stakeholders and users
  • Experience managing support requests, system monitoring, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
