Tech Lead - Software Development

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of mobile, web, and business applications. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with team mentorship, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Lead the development and deployment of Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Drive enhancements to digital platforms, client‑facing applications, and business systems.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and modern software engineering practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of Flutter mobile development experience.
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
