Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Role Build (Role changes/new roles).
• 2nd Line Support.
• Trouble shooting.
• Applications operations support forAuthorisations.
• Providing 1st level support to users;adhering to documented processes.
• Providing 2nd level support toprocesses where documented.
• Monitoring logs for user queries.
• Liaise with development/team leads onuser access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc.
• Enforce SAP security and SAPdevelopment guidelines.
• Delivering security andauthorisations support for new project releases.
• Responsible for ensuring promptresolution of security and authorisations incidents.
• Provide user support in understandingprocesses related to SAP Authorisation.
• Responsible for ensuring SAP securitycompliance to internal controls and good practice implementation in SAPauthorisation policies to mitigate business risk.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to take up differenttasks in the project.
• Willing and able to travelextensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international).

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Min 5 - 10 years' SAP Authorisationexperience.
• SAP Authorization in all modules.
• SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori: FioriLaunchpad and Administration.
• MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge).
• Strong SAP Trace analysis.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong analyst skills.
• At least 3 full projectimplementations.
• Good understanding of systemlandscape to design adequate and governance compliant secure role designand user provisioning.
• Proven experience in roles design andsupport within a SAP environment.
• Transport creation with CALM.
• ITSM change ticket creation.

Advantageous Skills

• JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage(Agile).
• Strong Basis authorization objectknowledge.
• Good skills in interpreting SAPGateway error log.
• Basic knowledge in understandingOData and services.
• Experience in all SAP role concepts.

Qualifications / Experience

• SAP Experience (5 - 10 Years) K2/3(Authorisation specific).
• SAP Authorization in the followingmodules: Finance & SD. MM would be advantageous.
• Strong experience in ApplicationsOperations.
• MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge).
• Good understanding of systemlandscape to design adequate and governance compliant secure role designand user provisioning.
• Proven experience in roles design andsupport within a SAP environment.
• Good problem-solving capabilities arenecessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for complianceconflicts.
