Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) - Head Office Accountant

Purpose of the Role

A well-established national company is seeking an experienced Head Office Accountant to support the finance function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and effective financial controls. The successful candidate will play a key role in month-end reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years' accounting experience within a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
