Manager: Organisational Development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/Human Resources advantageous

• Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives

• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities

Familiarity with the following:

• Change management frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR)

• Talent development and succession planning

• Business transformation practices
