We're looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics across the business. This is a strategic role focused on enabling trusted, well-managed data to support decision-making and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Lead data strategy, architecture direction, and data management practices
• Translate business needs into data requirements and solutions
• Oversee data quality, compliance (POPIA/GDPR), and lifecycle management
• Drive analytics and reporting to deliver actionable business insights
• Partner with business and technology teams to enable data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data, analytics, or data management roles
• Strong understanding of data governance, data modelling, and BI
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data platforms
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or property
• Exposure to data architecture or BI platforms
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance
