Purpose of the Role

The Senior Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth and supporting the daily operations of the store. This role requires a confident and professional individual who can build lasting customer relationships, promote the brand with pride and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing and styling advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and stock counts.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
• Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Lead by example and provide support to other team members when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum 5 years' retail sales experience.
• Previous experience within a clothing, footwear or fashion retail environment is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
