CX Internship: 18-Month Claims & Onboarding Program

Road Accident Fund in Polokwane, Limpopo invites unemployed graduates aged 18 to 25 to join its Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Internship for 18 months. This hands-on programme offers exposure to claims processing, customer queries, and outreach events within the RAF.

Participants will be registered for onboarding, verification of new claims, and merits assessment to determine RAF liability, with mentorship and verification throughout the internship.
