About the Role
Our client a global leader in customer experience solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their UK campaign team.
If you have at least 6 months of international call centre experience and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately capture customer information and interactions.
- Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months international call centre experience (voice).
- Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts aligned to UK hours MondaySunday.
- Ability to work full-time from the Cape Town CBD office.
