Rentals Parts Administrator

The purpose of this role is to support the VSB Manager in all aspects of Vehicle Stock Book (VSB) control, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, administrative processes are accurate, and actions align with the company’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Managing stock control for new and used equipment.
• Ordering new equipment from OEMs and local suppliers, and ensuring accurate administration of the VSB function nationally :

Recording all equipment in the management system.

Allocating equipment to relevant sales orders.

Maintaining accurate and complete VSB records.

Monitoring shipments and updating ETAs.

Ensuring stock status and locations are correct in the system.
