Duties include :
Sales Operations & Relationship Management
- Provide fleet and rental customers, as well as the dealer network, with professional support to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee fleet sales processes at dealership level, ensuring compliance with brand standards and commercial policies.
- Implement, monitor, and report on :
- Fleet and rental sales performance and profitability
- Forecasts and sales targets
- Incentives, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Stock allocations and vehicle logistics
- Conduct regular dealer and customer visits to maintain strong relationships and drive performance.
- Ensure efficient communication and alignment between customers, dealers, and internal departments.
Sales Planning
Support forecasting, order pipelines, and inventory management.Coordinate regional sales campaigns and promotions.Contribute to effective deployment of sales programmes and best practices.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.Provide feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities.Prepare reports on sales results, market activity, and operational performance.Success Factors
