Responsibilities :
Sales Operations, Relationship Management and Performance :
- Providing Fleet and Rental customers, as well as the Dealer network with a high level of service
- support to ensure customer satisfaction and optimisation of sales results
- Support the Dealer network terms of fleet sales and operations, in addition, assure that these are
- done according to recommendations (physical dealer organisation, implementation of materials,
- human means and commercial policy application, including the Fundamentals of Commercial
- activity)
- Implementation, Communication and / or Monitoring of : Fleet and Rental sales results and profitability
- Fleet and Rental sales forecasts
- Marketing, advertising, and event activities
- Execution of incentives and promotions
- Maintenance of the corporate identity
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Vehicle allocations and stock managemen
- Sales programmes and best practice initiatives
- Regular Customer and Dealer visits
- Ensure coherence in the deployment of all commercial activities
- Oversee logistic and operational processes to ensure timeous delivery of vehicle to customers,
- submission of paperwork, and receipt of payment from customers
- Ensure efficient communication between Customers, Dealer network and the different departments
- Ensure that the Dealer network adheres to Sales and Operational Standards
Sales Planning :
Provide feedback on customer order pipeline / forecasting requirementsAssist with the management of stock order forecastingManagement of inventories, ensuring effective application of available stocksEnsure effective co-ordination of sales promotions and campaigns on a regional basisMarket Intelligence / Reporting / Feedback :
Collate and report on competitor / retail activities in areas of responsibilityProvide continuous feedback regarding Customer requirements and industry trendsSuccess Factors & Key Challenges :
Analysis of sales trends vs targets / market to identify opportunities and grow salesMonitor stock levels, customer demos, outstanding orders and other operational requirementsEvaluate and determine requirements in terms of customer experienceMonitor competitors activities and performanceGather relevant information to feed-back and update management, as well as the sales and market departmentMinimum Qualifications & Knowledge :
Relevant Sales & Marketing or equivalent Tertiary qualification an advantageHigh level of computer literacy, particularly : Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within the Fleet and Rental environment of the Motor IndustryIn depth understanding of Fleet and Rental Sales, as well as the Motor IndustryAutonomous functioning and self-reliance in maintaining own workflow, priorities and meet business requirements and deadlinesAbility to establish new systems, processes and proceduresStrong negotiation skills and Effective communication and Interpersonal Relation skillsSpecial Requirements :
