As a Fleet Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing their fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Position Overview :

As the Fleet Controller, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and management of their fleet operations. Your role will include overseeing vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and driver management, contributing to the overall success of their logistics operations. Experience in fleet management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure the timely maintenance and repair of their fleet, maximizing uptime and minimizing downtime.
• Route Optimization : Plan and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Driver Management : Supervise and support their team of drivers, ensuring they meet performance standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Fuel Management : Monitor and manage fuel consumption, implementing strategies to reduce fuel costs.
• Inventory Control : Oversee the movement of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Performance Tracking : Use tracking systems and data analysis to monitor fleet performance and driver behavior.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
