Main Purpose / Objectives of the Job :
Manage our client's fleet
Ensure compliance with SA transport regulations (e.g. RTMC, SAMSA)
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and licensing
Manage fuel consumption and optimise routes
Supervise fleet drivers and monitor performance
Analyse fleet data to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Education and Experience :
Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field
5+ years fleet management experience in South Africa
Competencies required :
Strong knowledge of SA transport laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Team orientated to drive strong engagement with the internal team / stakeholders.
Pride in executing all tasks to the best of their ability.
