Fleet Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations. This exciting role will involve managing fleet performance, optimizing vehicle maintenance, utilizing IVMS data, and ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, all while producing accurate, actionable reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage all fleet maintenance schedules to ensure maximum vehicle uptime
• Monitor and analyze IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) data to improve performance, safety, and compliance
• Generate detailed reports on fuel consumption, maintenance trends, and fleet operations
• Ensure fleet compliance with all safety regulations, including Health & Safety standards
• Collaborate with drivers and workshop teams to address any vehicle concerns promptly
• Implement and oversee Health & Safety procedures related to fleet operations
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet assets, inspections, and repairs
