Maintenance Manager

Job descriptionManage and oversee all building maintenance operations Ensure compliance with building, safety, and statutory regulations Handle tenant-related maintenance requests and ensure service delivery Conduct site inspections and implement corrective action where required Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality standards Travelling between different buildings will be required (day trips only). Occasional travel to other provinces may be necessary.
Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Gauteng, Pretoria North.
Minimum Requirements :
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the Maintenance Industry
- Proven experience in building maintenance and tenant management
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for day trips (occasional provincial travel may be required)
