Managing Director (SA Citizen)

Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Skills)

• Able to speak Afrikaans, English and Portuguese.
• Willing to relocate with your family (not negotiable).
• Bachelor's degree (Must have finance subjects)
• Solid understanding of working capital with a proven track record of results is essential.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director, Director or General Manager.
• Experience within the Industrial manufacturing or related sectors connected to the mining industry,
• Proven track record in business development.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
