Financial Director

Job descriptionProvide strategic financial leadership as part of the Executive Committee (EXCO). Lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, debtors / creditors, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with healthcare, corporate, tax, and audit requirements. Drive cost management and efficiency without compromising quality of care. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum requirements :
- CA(SA) qualification essential.
- Bachelors degree in finance / accounting (or related field).
- 810 years progressive experience in financial management, including 5+ years at a senior or executive level.
- Healthcare sector experience would be highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills.
