Maintenance Foreman

Overview

Purpose of the job :

To lead and supervise the bakery maintenance team responsible for asset care through preventative and corrective maintenance on site according to Premier quality and safety standards. (The Premier way).

Responsibilities

• To ensure optimal plant asset management
• Ensure high performance culture in the maintenance team
• To ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance to all health and safety and food safety requirements
• To ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance process and function
• To complete training and development and stand in for the Maintenance manager as needed to build capacity in the succession pipeline for this role.
