Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and supervise construction workers and equipment operators
- Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress documentation
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
- Report project progress, risks, and incidents to management
