Job: YC: AP Support Buyer

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The role designs, develops and tests electrical devices/systems to ensure they function safely and efficiently according to UD Trucks requirements.

Responsibilities

• Secure supplier relationships by conducting quarterly Business Review Meetings.
• Monitor market and technology developments and address changes through defined purchasing strategies.
• Closely monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions where needed.
• Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to secure project deliveries on QDCFTSR for start-up projects and maintenance projects.
• Drive continuous cost improvement activities and generate cost savings through creativity and cross-functional workshops, including engineering, logistics and plant.

Qualifications

• University degree/Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Previous experience in Purchasing would be an added advantage
