A well-established national organisation in the automotive and distribution industry is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join its team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across office, warehouse and staff facilities.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, canteens and ablution facilities.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
• Dust and wipe furniture, windows, doors and other surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse walkways and designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored correctly.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with mathematics literacy.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, warehouse or office environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
