Job description
Clickatell is seeking a strategic Commercial Manager to grow and retain existing customer accounts. You will nurture relationships, understand client needs, and expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling across our AI-driven chat commerce platform.
You will partner with Service Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure onboarding, product adoption, and high CSAT/NPS scores, while forecasting monthly revenue against budgets and driving renewals.
