Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment Perform fault finding on PLC and SCADA systems Support artisans with technical guidance and troubleshooting Participate in maintenance activities when required Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel Allocate tasks and monitor productivity Coach, mentor, and develop artisans and apprentices Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Manage tools, equipment, consumables, and maintenance resources Oversee performance and service delivery Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Liaise with management, operations teams, contractors, and external stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives
