In Store Visual Merchandiser – The Glen

Key Deliverables:

• Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across the entire store layout.
• Ensure that all key campaigns are launched to the highest standard as per the guided brief.
• Take and share images with the National Visual Merchandising Manager for approval.
• Continuously review and improve in-store standards, revise layouts to better fit customer needs, and highlight concerns that could affect the customer experience.
• Focus on improving trade densities as guided by Head Office through various highlighted projects.
• Ensure all marketing collateral and materials are safely stored in the stockroom.
• Oversee the implementation of the weekly store brief.
• Greet and engage every customer entering the store.
• Promote and sell products.
• Demonstrate key products.

• Visual Merchandising (In-store)
• Store Manager

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

• Grade 12 or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience (Visual Merchandising experience will be an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Strong eye for detail and merchandising.
