Start Your Supply Chain Career in Manufacturing

The Supply Chain Management Graduate Program is a structured 2-year development program designed to build future Supply Chain leaders through practical exposure across the full manufacturing value chain. Candidates are appointed on a Fixed Term Contract with the view of being made permanent offers on successful completion of the program.

Participants will rotate through key operational and commercial areas of the business, developing an understanding of how planning, procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, customer service, inventory management, finance, and operational decision‑making interact to create value.

The program is designed for high‑potential graduates with strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and an interest in solving complex business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• BCom Honours: Supply Chain Management
• BCom Honours: Logistics Management
• BEng: Industrial Engineering

Equivalent Qualifications Considered

• Bachelor of Science: Economics
• BCom Honours: Economics
• Other quantitative, operations, logistics or supply chain related qualifications

Academic Requirements

• A minimum average of 70% across the final two years of study
• Consistent academic performance
• Completion of qualification within the prescribed minimum period
