NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - AREA MANAGER (COSMETICS & BEAUTY)

JOHANNESBURG & PRETORIA GAUTENG - South Africa

REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R18000 - R20000 GROSS Basic Salary per month (BOE)
• Commission earned on new accounts
• Fuel Reimbursed - for company traveling only
• Company Cell Phone & Tablet

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Our incumbent MUST reside within Johannesburg Central with ease of travel to greater JHB as well as Pretoria
2. Own reliable vehicle with up to date licensing & insurance (courtesy car included)
3. Certification in Beauty Specialist / Nail Technology / Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy
4. Prior sales role focused on Cosmetics / Beauty industry - focused on Business 2 Business (visiting clients and opening new accounts)
5. Computer literate & confident especially MS Office (Outlook Excel etc.)
6. Experience working with CRM & Online Data capturing systems
7. Cold-calling confident
8. Ability to confidently liaise with stockists and perform demonstrations of products query resolution and training
9. Reliable support network for when you are traveling out of town to care for your family in your brief absence - or in the case of emergency
10. Accountable able to work independently as well as part of team
