What will you do
We understand that work life balance is of utmost importance hence at YOUI CSD our shift is only 5.5 hours long leaving you with much needed time for family and life in general.
Client Service and Retention is where the action is! You will
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
- Deliver awesome service
- Sell the benefits of our products no cold calling!
- Update client details
- Assist with questions and processes

At YOUI our Call centre operates between the hours of 06h00 - 15h00 and you will be required to work every 3rd Saturday morning (07h00 12h30). If you feel you are suited for this position and willing to work these hours - then click apply now!
