Job description

Required for leading hotel brand, CT based Highly neg

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  • Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or related service industry marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams across different locations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
