GQEBERHA (Eastern Cape & Garden Route) - South Africa

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager / CEO

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Expenses Allowance - R13000 per month
• Sales Turnover Commission
• Travel / Overnight allowance where applicable
• Monthly Product allowance from our ranges
• Excellent earning potential

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Own reliable car for business travel with a valid driver license
2. For ease of travel and business prospects ideally our incumbent must be based centrally in Gqeberha and confidently travel to outlining areas as per your monthly / quarterly planner
3. Able to travel to Garden Route (W-Cape) 3x per annum
4. Ability to work remote and independently (work from home when not traveling)
5. Relevant qualification (recognized internationally) in a Beauty related discipline: Beauty Specialist / Beauty Therapy / Skin Care Therapy / Cosmetology / Somatology etc.)
6. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
7. B2B Experience is essential - retail industry (cosmetics preferred) & salon professional
8. Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
9. Admin & Business savvy - capture details correctly
10. Manage sales agents who report directly to you
11. Reliable self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
12. Designated office space at home that you can use for online meetings training and business development.
13. Sales driven individual able to build lasting rapport with existing and new clients
14. Prior experience working on CRM systems
