- Minimum 8-10 Years' experience in the Earthmoving/Capital Equipment Industry - ESSENTIAL
- Marketing/Sales Diploma - An Advantage, but Not Mandatory
- Technical Acumen & Understanding
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & Implement Strategic Sales Plans
- Lead a Team of Sales Representatives
- Establish Strong Relationships with Key Clients
- Monitor Sales Performance & Provide Guidance to Team Members
- Analyze Sales Data & Industry Trends to identify Opportunities for Growth
- Clean Criminal Record - will be verified
