Senior Legal Advisor

Aspire Recruiting, acting on behalf of a prominent corporate client, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of diverse commercial portfolios, providing strategic, risk-based legal guidance to senior leadership.

We are looking for an adaptable, hands-on legal professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver practical solutions to complex business challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, end-to-end legal advisory services across various internal business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including specialized technology and procurement contracts.
• Oversee data privacy and protection compliance, acting as the primary contact for regulatory queries and risk assessments.
• Drive the legal workstreams for strategic corporate initiatives, such as commercial transactions, due diligence, and business integrations.
• Manage dispute resolution and litigation matters, including the instruction and financial oversight of external legal counsel.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance frameworks and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize modern legal technology and automated tools to enhance the efficiency of legal service delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney.
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience within a corporate in-house environment or a reputable law firm.
• Extensive background in commercial contracting, drafting, and negotiation.
• Solid understanding of data privacy legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to leverage legal software, collaboration platforms, and modern workflow tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and operate with minimal supervision.
