Contract Specialist, Containers and Intermodal

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, review, execute, and administer supplier contracts.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments.

• Support sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.

• Build supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.

• Maintain contract records and enable contracts in ERP systems.

• Compile monthly reports and analyse contract performance.

• Ensure governance, compliance, SOX adherence, and risk mitigation.
