- Conduct professional client consultations and provide tailored recommendations
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and hygiene
- Build and retain a loyal client base
- Promote and sell professional haircare products
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques
- Relevant Hairdressing qualification (certificate or diploma)
- Proven experience working in a salon environment
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
- Ability to perform services in line with industry and brand standards
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to undergo assessments and continuous training
