Call Centre Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Provide accurate information on investment banking products and services.

• Resolve customer queries within agreed turnaround times.

• Maintain accurate customer records.

• Escalate complex issues appropriately.

• Meet SLAs and quality standards.

• Comply with FICA, FAIS (where applicable), POPIA and internal policies.

• Maintain confidentiality.

• Contribute to excellent customer experience.
