Intermediate Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join its team in Centurion Pretoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Business Analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical solutions and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12

• Relevant IT Certificate/Degree/Diploma is an Advantage
• 3 years Business Analyst Experience
• Drivers Licence and own transport

• Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through Change Requests Stakeholder Engagement and JAD workshops.
• Analyse document and validate business functional technical and change requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear solution specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate requirements clarification impact analysis and solution design discussions.
• Support project delivery by executing assigned business analysis activities and deliverables.
• Perform root cause analysis problem identification and solution recommendation.
• Assist business and project stakeholders in evaluating and implementing process improvements.
