Manager, Internal Communication Personal & Private Banking

Lead the development and execution of a compelling internal marketing and communications strategy for Personal and Private Banking South Africa ensuring clear consistent and impactful engagement across the organisation.
The role partners closely with an allocated business portfolio to plan scope and deliver highimpact internal marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels and geographies. The objective is to translate business strategy into meaningful narratives and campaigns that drive alignment engagement and performance while supporting the achievement of business priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications :

Qualification:

• Degree in Communication Public Relations Marketing or a related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in internal communications brand and/or marketing roles within a complex organisational environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering internal communication strategies translating business and change initiatives into clear compelling employee narratives.
• Strong writing and editing capability with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
• Extensive experience managing employee engagement platforms and communication channels including digital leadership communications and campaignbased initiatives.
