Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management (Experience with electric vehicles highly advantageous)
- Valid drivers licence
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy (MS Office essential)
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and customer engagement skills
- Knowledge of EV and PHEV technology with a willingness to learn
- Proven networker with strong industry connections
- Track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
- High attention to detail organised & structured
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
- Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
- Clear criminal record
