Senior IT Service Delivery Lead — Client & ITSM

Isilumko Staffing seeks an experienced Service Delivery professional to manage end-to-end IT service delivery for a large client portfolio. You will lead service delivery reviews, drive value creation, and coordinate with client IT teams and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT service delivery, graduate degree with ITIL/ITSM and PMP certifications, and willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
