Digital Marketing Internship (Vac Work) | Qala

Location: Cape Town/Johannesburg | Type: Internship | Work setup: In‑person | Contract: 1 month

Qala is revolutionising the recruitment system for Gen Z talent, connecting young people to jobs through human‑centric, innovative solutions.

What you’ll actually do

• Build and grow Qala’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok profiles from scratch.
• Assist with online and in‑person candidate‑attraction campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Develop and launch your own campaign with Qala’s support, demonstrating initiative and creativity.

Who we’re looking for

• A current student or recent graduate with a track record of creating content they’re proud of.
• Someone who takes action, “ships” ideas, and learns from experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic startup environment.
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok and/or LinkedIn beyond casual scrolling.
• Basic editing skills are considered a plus.
